Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android apps published by Grow Up Technologies SL (Universapp Studio, Mimi Software Studio, Rainbow App Studio) (“we”). By installing or using an app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content except as the law allows.
Age. You must be at least 13 to use our apps. Users under 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Your content and responsibility. You must not use our apps to create, share or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, infringes others’ rights or impersonates anyone.
- Kit Negocio: Reseñas generates reply suggestions with an AI model. Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You must review every reply before publishing it anywhere. You are solely responsible for what you publish on Google, Tripadvisor or any other platform and for complying with that platform’s rules. You confirm you have the right to use the review text you paste. The app does not write, request or fabricate reviews and must not be used to do so.
- Emoji Maker: you are responsible for the images you use and the stickers you create and share, and for having the rights to any photo or image you open in the app.
- Sound apps: sounds are provided for personal use as ringtones and notification tones. Do not redistribute them.
No guarantee of results. We do not promise that using an app will improve your ratings, visibility, sales or any other outcome.
Free plans and ads. Free versions are supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob and its partners under our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions. Prices, billing periods and renewal are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and applicable consumer law. Deleting your account or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. We may change prices for future periods with prior notice through Google Play.
Availability and changes. We may update, change or discontinue an app or any feature at any time. AI features depend on third-party providers (Google) and may be limited, rate-capped or unavailable. The free plan has daily limits shown in the app.
Intellectual property. The apps, their design, sounds, graphics and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Replies generated for you in Kit Negocio: Reseñas may be used by you freely.
Termination. You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service (for example, abusing the AI feature or the reporting system).
Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, or decisions you take based on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law; consumers in the EU keep all rights granted by their national law.
Privacy. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: https://universappstudio.com/privacy-policies/
Governing law. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers resident in the EU may also rely on the mandatory rules of their country of residence and bring claims before their local courts. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
